        You will receive an update via Email / WhatsApp once your puja is scheduled / Performed.
        If any changes are needed, our team will notify you in advance.
      3. Delivery of Prasad & Puja Items
        Prasad (sacred offerings) will be shipped to your registered address if included in your puja
        package.
        Shipping timelines may vary depending on the temple location and puja type.
        Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp/email once your prasad is dispatched.
      4. Estimated Delivery Time
        Domestic (India): 10-15 business days
        Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as temple schedules, weather, or
        courier issues.
      5. Shipping Charges
        Shipping charges depend on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
        Free shipping may be available for selected pujas or locations (subject to promotional

      6. Returns & Refunds
        Due to the sacred nature of our services, pujas once performed cannot be cancelled or
        refunded.
        If prasad is undelivered due to logistical reasons, we will attempt a re-delivery or provide a
