The fee for these services is payable in advance, and the charges may include the cost of materials, priest fees, taxes, and additional service charges.

2.1 Use of the Website is available only to persons who can legally contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons “incompetent to contract” (minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc.) are not eligible to use the Website.

5.3 Payments are processed via a secure payment gateway. And you are responsible for any Payment gateway charges, if any charges applicable.

5.5 Credit/debit card details are entered directly into the payment gateway, which is authorized to handle such data and is compliant with Indian regulations.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled puja or homam. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event may incur a cancellation fee or in some cases there may be no refund.
  • Refunds: If the service is not performed as per your booking or there is a significant issue, we will review the situation and may issue a refund at our discretion. Any refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the transaction. The timing and conditions of refunds will be subject to the payment gateway’s terms.

No refund shall be processed in the following instances

  • The order has reached the processing stage or less than 24 hours prior to the event
  • The information provided by you is incorrect. You agree to verify any information submitted to the Platform and ensure that any such information is accurate. In the event the information provided is incorrect, you may request to rectify the information
  • The refunds, if any, shall be processed after deduction of the transaction charges levied by the bank and/or the payment gateway and/or any other charges that may have been incurred by the Platform during processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable.

We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website or the information, materials, or products available.
